What strength of CBD oil to choose?
Irrespective of the strength of CBD oil you choose, you should pay attention to the amount of CBD you consume in milligrams. For example, beginners are recommended to use 20-30mg of CBD, twice a day, and depending on the co-concentration, the amount of drops required will vary:
-5% CBD oil contains 2.5mg CBD in one drop;
-15% CBD one drop of oil contains 7.5mg CBD;
-30% CBD oil contains 15mg CBD per drop.
