DELIVERY

Free delivery for orders from €35.

For your convenience, we offer the following delivery options:

Delivery to OMNIVA parcel machines;
Delivery to LP Express parcel machines;
Home delivery by DPD couriers.

DELIVERY TO OMNIVA PARCEL MACHINES (€2.50) OMNIVA parcel machines are fully operational 24/7. All parcel machines are outside, so you collect your parcels at your convenience. Your order will be delivered to the parcel machine of your choice within 1-3 days after payment. When the order arrives at the OMNIVA parcel machine, you will immediately receive an SMS message with the locker door code (make sure to give the correct phone number) and information on how long your parcel will be stored (normally, parcels are stored for 7 calendar days from the delivery).

When the parcel arrives at the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS message from OMNIVA with a six-digit code. Go to the parcel machine, select the ‘Receive parcel’ function on the terminal screen and enter the 6-digit code received by an SMS message to open the locker with your order.

DELIVERY TO LP EXPRESS PARCEL MACHINES (€2.50). LP Express parcel machines are fully operational 24/7, so you can collect your order at your convenience.

Your order will be delivered to the parcel machine within 1-3 business days from payment. When the order arrives at the LP Express parcel machine of your choice, you will receive an SMS message with the locker door code (make sure to give the correct phone number) and information on how long your parcel will be stored (normally, parcels are stored for 7 calendar days from the delivery). Go to the parcel machine, select the ‘Receive parcel’ function on the terminal screen and enter the 6-digit code received by an SMS message to open the locker with your order.

HOME DELIVERY (€3.50). Your order will be delivered by a DPD courier to the address you provided. The courier will arrange the delivery time with you by phone (make sure to give the correct phone number).

The courier will deliver your order within 1-3 days. Please note that orders are delivered on business days only.
